Why is my water pressure lower or turned off?
  • Utility service crew may be flushing lines in your area or turned the water off temporarily to work on the lines.
  • Payments are due by the 15th of the month to avoid a $10 late fee. On the 25th of the month, your account is charged $50 and the water will be turned off until paid in full.
  • Service was turned off by prior renter/owner.
  • Contact the office to establish the water account
