Nash County, NC – The Nash County Department of Social Services announces its new partnerships with Vanguard Professional Staffing and Allies4Outcomes, two established consulting firms specializing in human services. These partnerships will begin on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, with both firms assisting county staff by providing onsite support at the Nash County Administration Building.

Vanguard Professional Staffing, based in Wilson, NC, is recognized for its proficiency in providing specialized staffing solutions and training to human services agencies and organizations.

Allies4Outcomes, headquartered in Western North Carolina, specializes in leadership development and child welfare technical assistance. Their consultant team operates in-person and remotely, offering guidance to counties to improve child welfare practices. This includes assisting with policy implementation, process refinement, supervision coaching, and program development.

Both firms will not only assist Nash County DSS while the department works on its corrective action plan from earlier this year but will continue with support into the near future.
