RequestTracker


The RequestTracker is available for you to report problems to the County. To begin using the RequestTracker, follow the link below. You will be prompted to log in, where you enter your email address and password. If you are a first-time user, click on the First Time User button, and you will be asked to fill in some details for your profile. If you have forgotten your password, it can be emailed to you by clicking on the appropriate text.

Once you are logged in to the RequestTracker, you can check the status on existing requests, or submit new requests.
