The Nash County Health Department maintains numerous locations.
- The Nashville office houses clinical, WIC, Health Education and Planning, and Administration Services. Environmental Health is based separately in a different Nashville office.
- The Rocky Mount Clinic houses clinical and WIC services. Animal Services is based separately in a different Rocky Mount office.
