A person wishing to speak on a topic not on the public hearing agenda may sign up to speak during the public comment section of the meeting. To sign up, please arrive early and sign up with a representative of the Clerk's Office. Public comments are only on the agenda of the first meeting of the month ad and are limited to five minutes.
