Reporting Communicable Diseases

Communicable disease reporting plays a vital role in protecting the health of individuals, families, and communities. Timely reporting helps public health agencies such as the Nash County Health Department track emerging health threats, provide resources to affected communities, and implement prevention strategies. These efforts not only protect those who are currently sick but also prevent future cases.

If you or your organization needs to report an outbreak to the Nash County Health Department, follow the steps in the image to the right.
